• maximum guests per unit: 4 persons
• minimum stay: 2 weeks
• no smoking
• no pets
• check-in time: Saturday, 4 pm
• check-out time: Saturday, 10 am
• guests must adhere to Ocean Sands Condominium Rules & Regulations

• $300 reservation deposit is needed for a two-week stay. For 3 weeks or a longer stay, the reservation deposit is 10% of the total cost.
• Balance of full rental payment must be paid 30 days (60 days for overseas guests) prior to date of occupancy.
• Full payment shall consist of:
– rental rate, taxes, administration fee, parking, etc.
– $100 cleaning fee (end of stay)
– $100 security deposit (for keys, phone, etc.)
• Payment by cheque or bank draft or direct deposit

• Cancellation must be in writing.
• No refund will be given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather or unforeseen disruption caused by repairs or maintenance in the common areas.
• 60 days or more – full refund of the reservation deposit
• 30 to 60 days – no refund of the reservation deposit
• 15 to 30 days – 50% of the paid rental will be refunded. The $100 cleaning fee, and the $100 security deposit will be returned to guest.
• 1 to 15 days – no refund

DEPOSIT (e.g., keys, phone, etc.):
• 14 days prior to commencement of stay, keys will be couriered to guest; charges may apply
• within 14 days following stay, guest shall return keys by courier (guest is responsible for courier fees)
• upon receipt of keys, the security deposit of $100 shall be returned to guest if there are no outstanding expenses related to rental, phone charges, etc.

• underground parking is available for guest’s vehicle
• parking permit is requested at the Ocean Sands Condominium office upon guest’s arrival
• owner will pay the Ocean Sands administration registration fee which includes the Ocean Sands parking permit
